- Ships within the continental U.S. only.
- FREE shipping with $150+ order.
RETURN POLICY
At Swans, we strive to serve our loyal customers as best we can and want you to love each and every item you purchase. Please refer to the following rules for clear instructions:
- All returns must be received within 30 days of in-store purchase date or online ship date.
- Original receipt/online invoice must be present to return - regular or gift receipt. (otherwise we cannot find your transaction)
- SALE items are FINAL SALE, cannot be returned. No exceptions.
- Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, un-altered and all tags must still be ATTACHED to the merchandise. No exceptions.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Once returned item is RECEIVED and inspected by Swans, a Gift Card for the amount originally purchased will be issued.
*Gift Cards expire 5 years after issuance. Swans Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
- We stand by the product we sell but are not responsible for regular wear and tear after purchase.
Swans reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements.
